SCHEDULE
Danzantes Summer Dance Camp 2024 will consist of 4 weeks of Fun, Activities, Art through Folklorico dance. Kids will learn while having fun and staying active during the summer. We have a different theme each week for our kids age 3-10 that will introduce folklorico dance through popular movies. We will then work on making an item that they can use in their dance routine. On each Thursday of the camp we will show the themed movie of the week w/popcorn. Kids will then have the opportunity to present the folklorico themed dance, along with the art piece for that week at our Summer Recital for parents to attend. the Recital students will get to present and show proudly what they have learned.
Ages 3-10
Drop Off- 9am Warm Up - 9-9:20am Dance/Movement Game- 9:20-10am
Theme Dance - 10:10am -11:10am Art Activity- 11:10-12noon
Pick -Up 12noon Lunch 12-1pm (Optional add on $10) Must provide own) Late Pick up
Ages 11-17
Lunch 12-1pm (Optional add on $10) Must provide own) Early Drop Off
Drop Off- 1pm Warm Up - 1pm-1:20pm Dance/Movement Game- 1:20-2pm
Region Dance - 2:10pm-3:10pm Art Activity- 3:10pm- 4pm
